Zazy IPTV DMCA Policy

Zazy IPTV respects copyright. This page explains our position, what a valid notice must contain, and exactly how to send one.

1. Our position

Zazy IPTV is a reseller of access to third-party media services. We host no media files, operate no streaming servers of our own, and store no content on zazyiptv.com. We neither produce, upload, encode nor transmit the material carried by the services we resell.

Because of that, a takedown request directed at us cannot remove content from a network we do not operate. What we can and will do is forward a valid notice to the upstream provider responsible, and suspend any account of ours that is shown to be infringing.

2. Filing a notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, and you believe material accessible through our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with the subject line DMCA Notice.

3. What a valid notice needs

To be actionable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — the channel name, feed identifier, or exact stream reference.
  4. Your contact details: full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner.

Incomplete notices cannot be actioned. We will tell you what is missing rather than ignore you.

4. How we respond

Valid notices are acknowledged within 2 business days. We forward them to the responsible upstream provider, remove any reference to the identified material from our own systems where one exists, and suspend any customer line shown to be involved in infringement.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe material was identified in error, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It must identify the material, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the identification was mistaken, and include your name, address, telephone number and consent to jurisdiction.

6. Repeat infringers

We terminate, without refund, the accounts of customers who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.

7. Misuse of this process

Knowingly filing a materially false notice carries liability for damages, including costs and legal fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please be sure of your claim before sending it.

8. Where to send it
