Zazy IPTV Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect only what a subscription needs. When you submit the order form, the free-trial form or the contact form we receive:

• your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
• the country you are in, and the countries whose channels you want;
• your answer on adult categories, plan length and connection count;
• for a renewal, the username of the line being extended;
• anything you choose to write in the notes or message field;
• the IP address and browser user-agent of the request, attached to the internal notification for abuse prevention.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. No card number, expiry date or security code is ever entered into, transmitted by, or stored on zazyiptv.com.

2. Why we collect it

• To create and support your line. Your contact details are how we send credentials and answer questions; your country and channel choices are what the line is built from.
• To prevent abuse. IP and user-agent are used for rate limiting and to identify automated submissions.
• To keep records. Order correspondence is retained so renewals and disputes can be resolved.

We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell data, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

3. Who else sees it

Your details reach our own support inbox and the third parties needed to operate the site:

• Our email provider, which transports the notification and your confirmation.
• Tawk.to, which powers the live chat widget and processes whatever you type into it under its own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to start a conversation there.

We disclose personal data to no one else unless we are legally compelled to.

4. How long we keep it

Order and support correspondence is kept for as long as your line is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, so a renewal or a dispute can be handled. Free-trial requests that never became subscriptions are removed within 6 months. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

5. Cookies and local storage

Zazy IPTV sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics tracker. The site stores exactly one value in your browser's local storage — your light or dark theme choice — which never leaves your device. The live chat widget sets its own cookies to keep a conversation attached to you between pages; those are governed by Tawk.to.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Email contact.provideriptv@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. Form endpoints are rate limited, validated on the server and never cached. Credentials for our email transport live in server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser. No system is perfect, so please do not send us anything you would not want read.

8. Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Adult categories are excluded by default and are added only when explicitly requested.

9. Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes are announced on the site.
