Zazy IPTV Terms of Service

1. The agreement

By ordering, using a free trial, or otherwise using zazyiptv.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we provide

Zazy IPTV provides access to third-party media streams over the internet. We produce no content and host no media. We do not control what a broadcaster transmits, when a channel changes its feed, or whether a given programme is carried on a given day. Channel counts and line-ups are indicative and change over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that using a service of this kind is lawful where you live. Adult categories are excluded by default and are only added when you explicitly ask for them.

4. Plans and payment

• Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months with 1 to 5 simultaneous connections, priced from $15. The published rate card on the pricing page is authoritative.
• No payment is taken on this website. Our team contacts you after you submit the order form to confirm the plan and arrange payment.
• A price shown in your browser is never trusted: the amount is recalculated on our server from the published table before an order is accepted.
• Nothing renews automatically. No card is stored. At the end of your period the line simply stops.

5. Delivery

Credentials are delivered by email, normally within 5 to 30 minutes of payment being confirmed. It is your responsibility to give a working email address and to check your spam folder. Your login is personal to you — sharing it beyond the connection count you paid for is a breach of these terms.

6. Free trial

The free trial runs 24 hours on a single connection and requires no payment details. One trial per household or device. We may decline or end a trial that appears to be automated, duplicated or abused.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell or sublicense your credentials;
• exceed your connection count by running more simultaneous streams than you paid for;
• record, rebroadcast, restream or publicly perform any content received through the service;
• attempt to probe, scan, overload or reverse-engineer our systems;
• use the service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

8. Availability

We target 99.9% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, your own internet connection, and changes made by broadcasters can all interrupt a stream. Support is available 24/7 to help resolve issues within our control.

9. Refunds

Because a free trial is offered before purchase precisely so you can verify quality on your own equipment, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once credentials have been delivered. If a fault on our side leaves your line unusable and we cannot fix it, contact support and we will offer a repair, a replacement line or a pro-rata refund at our discretion.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a line without refund for a breach of section 7, for chargeback abuse, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time; because nothing auto-renews, no cancellation step is needed.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zazy IPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions go to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com.
